1.5M MAU, $2M ARR.
- Optimized db queries and infra to support 14M tasks/day with a real-time leaderboard and analytics, keeping latency low. Used a combination of Redis and ClickHouse, because SQL indexes were not enough for billions of rows.
- Built a design system from scratch with Radix UI + Tailwind. Connected design tokens to Figma and automated syncing to code via GitHub Actions (style-dictionary → CSS/JSON → Tailwind config). Enabled designers to ship design updates without dev effort and reducing back and forth.

Designed and deployed early Ethereum and Solana smart contracts before there were mature standards (e.g. ERC-721A) or ready-made tooling, solving problems like whitelisting ourselves. The smart contracts generated over $2.4M in sales.
